We had such a bad experience with this very popular airline when we went to Singapore last summer to visit my sister. Upon arrival at the airport and after immigration, we waited for our last luggage for what seemed like more than an hour. There were about twenty of us waiting by the counter when we heard that the we had to experience the delay since there were baggages that were found opened and the crew still had to investigate on them. After a few minutes more, our bags went out of the counter and I found mine wide open and exposing my very personal belongings! I didn’t have time to complain since we were trying to catch our next flight so we got our bags in a hurry. The thing is, we forgot that my brother’s camera was in his opened bag. We checked, and you guessed it right— it was not there! These flights are just never safe. If I were you, I’ll just go by Private jet charter specially when travelling in groups and when bringing valuables. At least in a Jet charter, there are no strangers on board and the crew will be thoughtful enough to handle your things with care. Good thing we have an option like Private jets.
